Open /analytics/donations. The page combines organization donation records with event-based checkout behavior.

Revenue and recurring KPIs

  • Revenue: succeeded one-time and recurring donation amounts in the selected range.
  • Active subscriptions: recurring donations currently in active status.
  • Monthly recurring: the current monthly equivalent of active recurring subscriptions. Weekly and yearly intervals are normalized to a monthly estimate.
  • Churn rate: canceled subscriptions divided by the active-plus-canceled base used by the query.

Revenue is displayed in euros. Refunded, failed, or disputed records are not part of the succeeded-revenue series.

Revenue chart and funnel

The revenue chart separates one-time and recurring amounts by day in the selected range. The funnel reports:

  1. Donation form viewed.
  2. Checkout started.
  3. Donation completed.

The dashboard also shows the app portion of the funnel when app-attributed events exist. Funnel events can arrive later than payment records because they use the analytics event pipeline.

Projects, categories, and goals

  • Top projects lists up to five project or general-donation groups by succeeded amount in the selected range.
  • Categories groups succeeded donation amounts by the recorded category.
  • Donation goals shows active projects with goals, their current amount, goal amount, and percentage reached. This card describes current project state and is not restricted to the selected range.

Subscription movement

The subscription-movement chart covers the last twelve months. It compares the monthly equivalent of subscriptions started with the monthly equivalent associated with subscriptions now marked canceled in that month. Cancellation timing uses the subscription update timestamp, so it is an operational approximation rather than a separate cancellation-date ledger.

Sources and giving times

  • Donation sources groups succeeded amounts by the recorded source, such as online, cash, or bank transfer.
  • Via QR posters is the share of donation-form views attributed to a QR referral source.
  • Giving times counts donation activity by weekday and hour.

Source totals are payment records; QR share is form-view behavior. They therefore measure different stages of the donor journey.
