Public website and visitor journeys

Understand what visitors, donors, event guests, and livestream viewers see on your published mosque website.

Public website and visitor journeys

Your organization’s public site is generated from published Page Builder content, header and footer navigation, and public feature pages. Test it as a visitor after every important publish or settings change.

Main visitor routes

  • Homepage and published pages
  • Public news articles
  • Public event calendar and event details
  • Donation overview and project details
  • One-time and recurring donation checkout
  • Donor portal, receipts, and certificates
  • Public livestream rooms and scheduled-room waiting states
  • Events embeds for other websites
  • App deep links for news, events, donations, and rooms

Publish checklist

  1. Preview the page on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  2. Check the header, nested menus, footer, logo, contact details, and language links.
  3. Open the public site in a private browser window.
  4. Test a news article, event, donation project, and livestream link.
  5. Confirm metadata, Open Graph image, favicon, and not-found behavior.
  6. If a custom domain is configured, test both the moschee.io address and the custom domain after DNS verification.

Visitors only see published content. Drafts, private settings, donor-portal pages, and organization administration remain protected.
