Go live
Start and control your live broadcast from the control view.
After you join a room, you’re in the control view. From here you run the broadcast.
The control view
Pre-flight
Before going live, review your settings.
The bottom control bar has the controls:
- Microphone: Toggle your mic.
- Camera: (Optional) Toggle your camera.
- Screen: Share your screen.
- Settings (gear): Choose the correct input device (e.g., audio interface or headset).
Start the stream
Click the big green Start streaming button.
The broadcast starts immediately and your audio goes to all connected listeners.
During the broadcast
- Tile view: See yourself and other active speakers as tiles.
- Mute indicators: See who is muted.
- Listener count: Bottom left shows how many people are listening.
Manage participants
As a moderator you can handle disruptive participants:
- Mute: Click the speaker icon on a participant’s tile to mute them locally.
- Remove (kick): Use the menu to remove participants if needed.
End the stream
To stop broadcasting, close the browser tab or leave the room.
If you delete the room, all listeners are disconnected.
