Media library
The media library is your central storage for digital assets—manage images, videos, and documents used in news, events, or your website.
Features & overview
Overview & stats
At the top of the library you’ll see a quick stats bar:
- Total: All files in your library.
- Images: Count of image files (JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF).
- Videos: Count of video files.
- Documents: Count of PDFs.
Use the search bar to find files by name, or filter tabs (All, Images, Videos, PDFs) to narrow the view.
Switch between grid view and list view using the icons on the right.
Upload files
Click Upload media (top right) to add new files.
Supported formats & limits:
- Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP
- Videos: MP4
- Documents: PDF
- Max file size: 25 MB per file
Drag and drop files into the window, or click the dashed area to select. Upload starts automatically.
File actions & editing
Hover a file (grid view) or click the menu icon (three dots) to access actions:
- Preview: Large preview with details like file size, resolution, and upload date.
- Resize/Crop (images only): Opens the image editor to crop and set aspect ratios (e.g., banners or square posts).
- Copy URL: Copies the direct link to the clipboard.
- Download: Downloads the file.

Deleting a file removes it permanently. If it was embedded on your site or in news, it will no longer display (placeholder or missing image).
