Build your first page

The Page Builder lets you create professional mosque websites—no coding required.

Open the Page Builder

1. Go to Page Builder in the sidebar
2. Click Create new page

Basic page settings

Page name

Enter a name for your page:

• Internal name: For organization inside the dashboard
• Page title: Shown in the browser tab

URL (slug)

The URL path of your page:

• Generated automatically from the name
• Can be edited
• Example: your-mosque.moschee.io/about-us

Set as homepage

Enable this to use the page as your homepage.

Add blocks

The Page Builder is block-based—combine prebuilt elements.

Insert a block

1. Click Add block (+)
2. Choose a block type
3. The block is inserted

Available blocks

Edit blocks

Select a block

Click a block to select it. Settings appear in the sidebar.

Edit content

Depending on the block you can edit:

• Texts and headings
• Images and media
• Colors and backgrounds
• Spacing and alignment
• Links and buttons

Move a block

1. Click the move handle (⋮⋮)
2. Drag the block to the new position

Duplicate a block

1. Select the block
2. Click Duplicate
3. A copy appears below

Delete a block

1. Select the block
2. Click the trash icon
3. The block is removed

Example: Create a homepage

Step 1: Hero block

1. Add a Hero block
2. Upload a photo of your mosque
3. Add a heading: "Welcome to [Mosque Name]"
4. Add a subtitle
5. Optional: Button "View prayer times"

Step 2: About us

1. Add a Text & Image block
2. Write a short intro about your mosque
3. Add a fitting image

Step 3: Prayer times

1. Add a Callout block
2. Show current prayer times
3. Link to the full prayer times page

Step 4: Latest news

1. Add a News list block
2. Choose "Show latest 3 news"
3. News updates automatically

Step 5: Upcoming events

1. Add an Event calendar block
2. Choose the view (list or calendar)
3. Events display automatically

Preview

Live preview

The editor updates in real time:

• Desktop view
• Tablet view
• Mobile view

Fullscreen preview

1. Click Preview
2. The page opens in a new tab
3. Test on different devices

Save & publish

Save draft

Click Save to store progress without publishing.

Publish

1. Click Publish
2. The page is instantly live on your domain
3. The previous version is archived

Roll back

You can restore a previous version:

1. Open the page
2. Click Versions
3. Select the version
4. Click Restore
