Shop overview

Browse mosque hardware and services, use the cart, complete the external checkout, and review orders.

The shop is available at /shop when the Shop feature is enabled and the deployment has a configured Shopify connection. It is a catalog for hardware and services used with the moschee.io product; checkout is handled by Shopify.

Browse the catalog

The catalog supports these filters:

  • All products.
  • Hardware.
  • Services.

Open a product to review its image, title, description, price, variants, and availability. If the shop is not configured, the dashboard displays an unconfigured state instead of a product list. If a configured collection has no products, it displays an empty state.

Cart and checkout

  1. Add a product or variant to the cart.
  2. Open /shop/cart.
  3. Adjust quantities or remove lines.
  4. Review the subtotal and total.
  5. Note that shipping can be calculated at checkout when the cart requires shipment.
  6. Accept the displayed shop terms and privacy link.
  7. Continue to the Shopify checkout.

The cart limits a line quantity to 99. Taxes and shipping are shown according to the checkout calculation. The dashboard does not collect the external checkout payment itself.

The shop is currently B2B-oriented. The repository’s shop policies state that the offer is for entrepreneurs, registered associations, and legal entities, and that consumers are excluded. Review the legal pages at /shop/legal/[slug] before ordering.

Orders

Open /shop/orders to view orders synchronized to the organization. The table can show:

  • Order number and date.
  • Items and quantities.
  • Total.
  • Payment status.
  • Fulfillment status.
  • A status page link when Shopify provides one.

Use Refresh when you need to request a current synchronization. A temporary Shopify or network failure can leave the existing local order mirror visible while the refresh reports an error.

The shop exposes legal texts under /shop/legal/[slug], including the shop terms, imprint, shipping and payment information, privacy information, and return policy. The current policy source states that the contract language is German. Do not translate or summarize a legal policy as a replacement for the current displayed text.

Troubleshooting

  • No catalog: check whether Shopify is configured and whether the selected collection has products.
  • Cart cannot continue: accept the terms and privacy checkbox, then retry.
  • Shipping is missing: shipping is calculated by the external checkout for carts that require it.
  • Order is not visible: use Refresh and check the order status page supplied by Shopify.
  • Product or payment question: use the shop contact address and the current legal policy; dashboard documentation cannot change Shopify’s contract or payment rules.
