Create and edit playlists
Build ordered screen content, preview it, and control the playlist details used by your displays.

Open Screens → Playlists at /screens/playlists. A playlist is an ordered collection of slides. The playlist editor has Slides, Details, Theme, and Schedule tabs.
Create the playlist
Select New playlist and enter a name. The first playlist in an organization becomes the default automatically. Later, use the playlist actions menu to duplicate, delete, or set a playlist as the default.
Add and order slides
In the Slides tab, select New slide, choose a type, enter its fields, and save it. Each slide has a display duration from 5 to 600 seconds, an enabled state, and optional Show from and Show until dates. Reorder slides to control the sequence and use the live preview to inspect the resolved result.
Set details and preview
Use Details to choose the reading direction, whether to hide the top bar, and which screen languages rotate. Use Theme to choose an accent preset or custom color. The preview is rendered from the same resolved playlist data used by a screen client.
Theme presets
The current accent presets are Emerald (classic, #10b981), Ocean (ocean, #0071bc), Violet (violet, #7c5cff), Amber (amber, #d97706), Ruby (ruby, #dc2626), Teal (teal, #0d9488), Gold (gold, #b48a3c), and Slate (slate, #64748b). You can also enter a custom six-digit hex color. A custom color takes precedence over the selected preset.
Playlist details
- Name: required, up to 120 characters.
- Reading direction: left-to-right or right-to-left (RTL).
- Hide top bar: hides the mosque name at the top of the screen.
- Languages: one or more of German, English, Arabic, French, and Turkish.
- Language switch interval: 10 to 600 seconds when more than one language is active.
Language rotation changes the rendered screen language. It does not automatically translate text that you have entered into a slide.
Default and duplicate playlists
An unassigned device follows the organization default. Setting a new default removes the default flag from the previous playlist. Duplicating a playlist copies its details and slides but creates a separate playlist that is not the default automatically.
Deleting a playlist permanently removes the playlist and its slide collection. Schedules and device assignments tied to it should be reviewed before deletion.
Plan limits
The application checks playlist and slide limits when you create or duplicate content. The current limits are listed on the screens overview. Schedules are available on Gemeinde Plus and Reichweite; their separate limit is documented in schedules and assignment.
