Plans, billing, and usage
Open Billing from the dashboard. Billing is available to organization owners and administrators. Members can see a waiting state when the organization still needs a plan decision, but they cannot change the subscription.
Current plan model
moschee.io currently uses plans rather than separately purchased modules. The application source currently declares the following values. Confirm the live Stripe prices and the values shown in the dashboard before publishing a price-sensitive announcement.

The current source declares a 10% annual discount. A visible billing label may lag behind the source, so treat the dashboard and Stripe configuration as the release-time authority until they are reconciled.
Usage and overages
Usage can include pageviews, storage, streaming, recording, recording storage, restreaming, and translation lane-hours. View Usage to see consumption against the organization’s limits. Depending on the meter, additional usage may be billed after the included allowance. Viewer caps are enforced when access tokens are issued rather than billed as a separate viewer overage.
Do not assume that a feature is unavailable just because its dashboard card is empty. An empty analytics panel, a zero-usage meter, and a plan gate are different states.
Change or cancel a plan
- Open Billing and choose monthly or annual billing.
- Review the plan limits and the next billing amount.
- Select the plan and confirm checkout or the plan-change confirmation.
- Use the Stripe billing portal to update payment details or review invoices.
- To cancel, choose cancellation and confirm the end-of-period date. If the subscription is still active, the dashboard can show the planned cancellation and allow reactivation before the period ends.
The exact timing of a plan change, invoice, or refund is controlled by Stripe. Keep the organization owner’s email address current so billing notices can be delivered.
Legacy subscriptions
Some organizations may still be on grandfathered subscription prices or limits. These subscriptions are not new modules. Their streaming, translation, and overage behavior can differ from current plans. Support should confirm a legacy account before quoting a current plan comparison.
